Help Topic Drop Down Menu not working.

Hello when I try to reply on a ticket and when I choose Help Topic from the drop down menu it shows inside the text field the code from the web server index home page. I think this is some server issue because it happens on other drop down menus also. The problem here is how to fix it? Is there a way to disable help topics at all? because If I don't choose help topic there is no way to submit the reply since it is required. Any help will be welcome. Thanks!

There is no way to pick Help Topic when replying... so I have no idea what you are talking about.Help Topic is chosen at the time a ticket is opened, or when a ticket is edited. Exactly when my ticket is open on this URL: scp/tickets.php?a=openwhen I choose any of the help topics the server shows the index.php content, not the actual topic, I faced this problem on some other pages also. where is defined when you choose some topic what to open ? this is some Ajax function which is pasting the text in the text field.

Hi sorry about that. I just now saw that the index.php content appears on the page just as it is. I am attaching a screenshot where you can see it. The left side is the page start and the right the end. Since the screenshot is large I did it this way to see how it ends. By the way this seems to happen on some other drop down menus on the website. The code below is the ajax code for which I am talking about. I did removed it from one other page and it started to work fine. I'd take a look at the github bug reports.I seem to recall something about nginix (which you realize is not a supported web server right?) doing something weird like that due to an .htaccess issue.https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.7/issues/422#issuecomment-15831659
