The funny thing is that the mail is actually being imported as new tickets. It's just really annoying getting this email every 5 minutes.
Where can I check the mail server logs in OS Ticket or do you mean the logs actually on my mail server? The server is configured correctly in the email panel.
I checked class.mailfetch.php and found the error I'm getting in the fetchEmails() function but I believe the error is coming from the createTicket function. I noticed a //TODO: Log error.. comment. Do you know how I can log this error so I can see what the error actually is?
