no message, just attachment - not pulling

1.6 here, pop email.

I've got most things working just fine.... except I have some machines that scan documents and send them to email...

I want to send to one of the email addresses linked to my osticket instance from these devices.

However, these devices put nothing in the message portion of an email; they only send the attachment.

It seems that osticket won't import an email unless it has a message; anyone run into this before?

If you can configure the scanning devices to include something in the body (such as a default message) then OST would probably import the messages into tickets for you.
