How can i add attachment to the ticket?

Dears,

i am just informed that the new version is released. and i face a big problem in the last version 1.6 which i cant add attachment to the ticket, so please if any one has install the new version answer me if the new version had this feature or No or How can i add attachment to the ticket?

Additionally you haven't told us what version of OSTicket your currently running. So I will presume that you are running 1.6ST (the current version). Attachments work in 1.6ST. Please go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Attachments and review with us what you have for settings in there.
