Need to Reply a Ticket in a Standlone application

Hi, This is Ram, i am a developer. We are building an application and osticket is a part of it. But we need to log in separately to log in and reply to the tickets. How ever we have made an module in our application that will pull the tickets information and display them. Now we also need to Reply to the tickets from our application. Can you let us know how can we do this without loging into the osticket.Thanks,Ram

You would have to create a script to interact directly with the database. There is no way to do this otherwise. The current ticket API only supports opening tickets, and staff emailed responses get logged as internal notes.
