Has anyone successfully created a page that allows non authenticated users to view (view only, not edit) any tickets created?
My OSTicket system is on an internal lan that is only accessible from the domain. I am trying to setup a page that anyone would be able to go to and enter a ticket number and view that ticket with out having to log into the system.
This is a direct request from the upper mgmt in our fair land.
Any thoughts? My first attempt was a horrible and bloody disaster. Body parts everywhere.
I want the users to be able to view all the tickets created except for maybe specific departments/topics (say, I wouldn't want them to view password resets)
