Hello,
After creating new ticket I don't received any email:
new ticket, Email Address: some@mail.com
----------
Default Outgoing Email: php mail
----------
I tested php mail func with test script ant it works fine.
But if I post second reply in this ticket I receive reply on some@mail.com. But what could be the problem with first mail sending ?
