I've lost track of how many times this has been asked. You cannot remove email as a required field at this time.You could have staff use their own address when opening the ticket or
you could have everyone use a specific fake address. (phone@yourdomain
or refused@yourdomain)Alternatively you would have to alter the core files.

It says "LDAP_INVALID_CREDENTIALS" That to me would literally mean that your login credentials are invalid (ie not correct)
