I have OS set up on a local server. I must have used my domain admin account when setting it up.When I change the password for this domain admin account, i get the 500 Internal Server Error message when trying to access the helpdesk.The only way (I know) how to resolve is to reset my password through active directory.Is it possible to change the account associated with osticket, so it doesn't depend on mine? I can leave that account with password never to expire, but I want to be able to change mine frequently.
