When you set registration method to private, you will need to create an account for all of your users in the agent panel before they can login. Details about the registration methods can be found at the tooltip (?) next to the registration method - just put your mouse over it ;)But, we had the same problem and found a workaround for that...Our registration method is set to "Public" and "Require registration" is enabled/YES. We combined HTTP passthru auth plugin and ldap auth plugin, so folks get signed in by SSO ;) To avoid registrations and other things, we just added some apache rewrites:RewriteEngine

Maybe there is also another solution, but for us and also our user (who prefer SSO / no need to login) it's a perfect solution to use SSO.
