Unable to Logon after installing reports

Since following the instructions @

and now I am unable to log on at all.

I also tried resetting the admin password as instructed on another thread with an sql query to no avail, I keep getting invalid password and an email as administrator which says the following:

Table 'osticketsql.TABLE_PREFIXgroups' doesn't exist

In mysql I can see the table ost_groups and ost_reports appears to have been set up correctly.

Can someone please advise me.

I have gone back through the whole process and now I can log on successfully. However, I cannot access any reports. It comes up with unable to locate page... :(

OK, I've worked out where I have gone wrong. I placed the report files in a folder named reports in the scp folder. Now they are sitting in scp and I have deleted the reports folder.

Finally..... Now to enjoy the reports...

Hi, I am wondering where you found the error...I am having the exact same problem. Just curious to know what you did to correct it.

Correct Installation of report

When I setup the reports I left the files in the report folder i.e. .../scp/reports/...

I then found once I removed the reports folder all was fine i.e.

.../scp/....

I copied the files to /scp/, NOT /reports/, but it's the MySQL / PHP error I'm referring to.

Are you saying the error below which prevented you from logging in, and that sent you an email with this error, was caused by copying the files to the wrong folder?

I noticed that the dev replied with

you need to find wherever this is created and put a space in between TABLE_PREFIX and groups

...but where is this created?

I've cleared the DB and have re-installed osTickets, and will install the Report mod again - just curious where/what file/how you found the PHP error.
