I am a vivid user of ostickets 1.6 and i was fascinated by the new release of 1.7 and i follow this forums properly, i also tried a wonderful mod where i have an option in the same page, where i can fill in internal notes and also the responses. i have a requirement, i dont want to write an update that goes as email to the customers everytime, since it might be spammy for them on our sales followup calls. I wish to know if there is a way, i can change the due date and add internal notes on a single page instead of going to the EDIT TICKET option.
I get an error that says
"Unable to post the response." and " Response message required"
if i dont fill in response message, but i dont want to send a response message and mail the customer, i want to get it only on the internal notes.
Hope my question is clear.
