Help!
How can I autopopulate the message box based on what help topic is selected?
For example:
user opens a ticket and selects the topic: Access Request
I want the message box to auto populate with information that is needed.
Example:
USERID:
User Location:
Location ID
That way when they selct Access request, they know what is required of them.. I currently am using a javascript pop up to tell them the same info, but it is not always noticed.
Any input would be amazing!
