How do I edit or where do I find the staff message replies?

Do you mean the automatic emails sent out or the manual replies through the admin interface?
No I mean after someone opens a ticket. As a customer the message content will get loaded into a mysql database, where does it go for when a staff member replies?
Staff replies are inserted into the MySQL database too.
