osTicket version: v1.9.4 (c18eac4)PHP version: 5.3.29Hi,Situation 1:I created a new ticket under 'Report a Problem' Help Topic. I also uploaded an image file. The form was submitted and ticket created successfully, as shown in t1.jpg. Clicking on car1.jpg will display the uploaded image file.Situation 2:- I created a custom form which consisted of 4 fields. The fourth field is a file upload field- Then I created an 'Accident Report' help topic and its Custom Form field points to the newly created form above- I open a new ticket and made use of the new Help Topic, as shown in t2.start.jpg- The form was submitted as shown in t2.filled.jpg and t2.submittedIssues:- When I hover on car2.jpg, the link shows:http://192.168.3.200/helpdesk/file.php?h=fdammcvtya6ba2oo0emb2q3bt62p6-vsd70fc11288fb66d383f654fafb64da52- When I clicked on car2.jpg, I will get the message:Not FoundThe requested URL /helpdesk/file.php was not found on this server.- Also note that, from the Ticket screen, the attachment icon is not shown, please refer to t2.no.attachment.icon.jpg- The uploaded file can be viewed from the Agent panelThe situation can be reproduced. Is this a known bug or have I missed something obvious? Please advise, Thanks.
