I can't reply to tickets on my iPhone, I can login and view the ticket, but if I try replying it logs me out when I click 'Post Reply'
Ive done a bit of a google, but nothings popped up.
Seems that your webbrowser is not storing the cookie that keeps you logged on. Take a look into Safari settings in order to allow cookies.
Allow cookies is on. I can login etc, its only when I post a reply.
Ps - am posting this from iPhone.
