There are a lot of chat app's out there. LiveZilla offers a descent program that is free for a single operator. You can also purchase add on options and additional operator licenses. It comes as a fully functional 14 day trial that automatically down grades itself to the free single operator license after the 14 day trial.The code you need to include on your site needs to be in the footer of your website, and can be included in the OsTicket "\include\client\footer.inc.php".This is what I currently have on my site and it works fine with osTicket v1.9.4. The only thing to consider is you'll need to keep a copy of the footer if you upgrade osTicket in the future, as the upgrade may over write the footer.inc.php, and you'll need to add it back in.For reference you can see it in action Here.
