Problem Solved
I successfully figure out the problem..
It is the new fields that I added creating the problem..
When it create a new ticket from the ticket status page, it is automatically getting the information from the original ticket, like the name and email adds but unfortunately I placed the new field next to Name that's why is it not viewing properly because it should be email address..
Well, my target now is to create a new field dropdown list for all the client department:
Example:
Department: Admin, Material, Cost Control, etc....
and I want it to be the main information on the report that Mr. Scottro made for making reports in osticket.. Instead of the staff department it will be the client department will be loaded..
Is this even possible?
ANyways I am using osticket 1.6 ST...
