Setting up SLA's

Hi,

Is it possible to add helpdesk open hours to the SLA' via a Mod? I can not see that this is possible at the moment

This is not supported by osTicket right now, but the forum search is your friend, so maybe someone else already did it and shared it here.

Otherwise I guess you will have to wait until the developers implemented it or modify the source code yourself.
