firstly I really like the look of the version 1.7 osTicket, good job..
I decided to do a complete new install, everything is fine except for the age old problem with outlook, sends back a block of text, no formatting,
I fixed that a while ago with an old version so I'll look at that again myself, the NEW problem I have is:
in the link to the ticket number, the one sent to the client,
there is a break in the address, so what they receive is actually 2 links, not 1,
1 link contains the domain up to mydomain.co.uk, then the rest of the url
so that is:
http://www.mydomain (space) support/ticket/view.php?e=theclient.etc.etc
hers copy and paste of a real one. you will also notice that in this real example, update the ticket is written as "upd ate"
