I use Os Ticket internally in our organization here, and like it. I'm on the latest release, 1.9.4. One thing that has been annoying me since I upgraded to 1.9.x some time ago is that whenever I reply to a ticket, it does not happen immediately when I press Reply. Rather, the browser pops up a warning window with this message:"This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave - data you have entered may not be saved."I can press "Leave Page" or "Stay on Page"; to reply and close the ticket as I specified, I need to hit "Leave Page." As I stated earlier, this bug did not exist in earlier versions. I do not remember, anymore, what version I started out with. 1.7.x I think.EDIT. When I at first posted this, I'd just completed the upgrade to 1.9.4. I went back to working with OsTicket then, and found I could not even change ticket status using the provided staus change buttons. Unsure what to do, I tried using Internet Explorer instead (I'm a Firefox person, and have always used OST. with Firefox). In Internet Explorer, I don't get that popup; and the status changes work. So it seems to be a compatibility issue with Firefox. I just tested Chrome and it seems to work as it should there also. Anybody else having OST / Firefox compatibility issues?
