osTicket version: v1.9.4 (c18eac4)PHP version: 5.3.29Hi,Situation 1:- Under Admin - > Settings -> Access , I the 'Require registration and login to create tickets' checkbox (refer auth.jpg).- When a client created a new ticket, osTicket does NOT display the Thank You page. Instead the client is straight-away shown the ticket information (refer nothankyou.jpg)Situation 2:- Under Admin - > Settings -> Access , I the 'Require registration and login to create tickets' checkbox.- When a client created a new ticket, osTicket successfully displayed the Thank You page (thankyou.jpg) .Are these normal or did I forgot something? I can reproduce the issues above. And note that, under Admin -> Manage -> Help Topics, I have changed all Thank-you Page: to Thank You (refer helptopic.jpg). Am I missing something obvious? Please advise and TIA.
