Gap in ticket thread

I am having issues with new tickets coming into the system, there seems to be a gap in the ticket where the users will describe there problem as in the attachment provided. It is random tickets that does it. Can you please help me rectify this issue?

Not at the beginning but the body of the text, I think it might have something to do with HTML text, sorry im new to php.any help will be appreciated.
