if i show me a ticket, them i see a lot of information, and the messages and notices of the ticket. I want to see more informations of the ticket. Now i can see the date of the ticket, the ticket status, the sla plan, the departmend, assigned persones and many more. I want to see which of my email-adresses get this mail/ticket or created by which of my mail adresses (like suport@... or sales@... <- both are my mail ardesses in the ticketsystem)
