Hi guys,
I'm using 1.6.0 on my production server and I'm having many issues trying to add an email account that's hosted @ fasthosts.co.uk because they force you to use a password with special characters such as (*!@#?&) and my guess is that I'm using a password of (Pa$$w0rd!) osTicket is not escaping these characters correctly so i always get "Invalid login. Check IMAP settings", I'm sure that the password is correct but I don't get any output on apache error log or anywhere else.
Is there any way to solve this, as I said I'm sure that it's osTicket esaping issue when using non standard letters numbers.
