When I tested creating a new ticket, the emails went out and all but it's all saying it's coming from "jdatechc@host382.hostmonster.com" which is clearly from my host provider.
Anyway to fix this?
Are you sure that its not what you have setup in Admin Panel -> Settings -> Email Settings?
I would not think so because it had "hostmonster" in the from address...
Ok, where exactly can I find the Panel > Settings > Email Settings?
Is that in cPanel or the admin page of osTicket?
Problem Solved
I assumed it was ok to setup the email using my google apps email account which is where my email really goes / comes from... but I actually had to set up those emails in hostmonster too. Works now. Thanks.
