I am hoping there is a way to tie a users profile to establish default values for ticket forms.Essentially I will have a variety of customer service reps sending website edit requests to my team. Depending on the logged in rep, I want a could of lists to have a default selection...So if there was a profile value forOption1Website AWebsite BWebsite CDepending on what is selected, I want it to be selected by default in my ticket form. Although, the rep could change it to whichever website they want.Any help towards configuring this would be appreciated. Thanks!
