I have a problem, If someone sends a mail to support, the ticket gets created in OST. But if there is some Attachment, its not taking it. I don't know why, I think it was working previously.
Any one know why is it so ?

Did you check the Attachments options > Allow email attachments ?

P.D: Changing this parameter requires a php service reboot.

Ya, Actually. I don't have control panel details with me, So once I figure that out. I will let you know.
You should check also if attached filename extension are allowed in your "Accepted File Types" setting.
