Lol that is hard to read. I'm going to go out on a limb here and presume that you are after an Android App for osTicket? This has been asked before and really it comes down to this. Time and Money. In fact Money could be referenced by Time. But hey lets not get philosophical. The best option in my opinion is to just utilize a Responsive Theme. I currently use AddWebTour's responsive theme on my Admin and Client side. Lance (the developer) is in the process of updating it to support the latest version of osTicket 1.9.4. This gives you the ability to have the full function of osTicket running on a smaller screen (device independent).http://addwebtour.com/eshop/osticket-193-bootstrap-responsive-theme#.VGV3XvmUd8EThe only downside to this option is that an App could give you alerts, as opposed to the email alert. This I would truly love don't get me wrong, plus if someone said they were thinking of making an App I would definitely pay for it. But it needs to be continually updated and well maintained. There would be a market for it but I just don't have the know how.Hope someone else does however :)
