- You can create a ticket for the supplier in osTicket- The supplier get an email with the ticket details (based on your settings)- If your supplier replies to that email, that response will be attached to the ticket in osTicket.- You can again reply to the supplier via the ticket system again and again.--> They get an email for every response of you, unless you choose to not send them a mail at the top of the post reply textbox in osTicket.So basically they get an email for every new message from you.What you can NOT do is to reply to the emails you get from osTicket. This reply will be taken into the osTicket system as internal note and NOT redirected to your supplier. Hope you understand the process now better.
