Hi,
I am able to email to create tickets, but the ticket doesnt get generated unless admin is logged in and as a result i as administrator dont get notified that someone has sent an email until i log in.
I am certain that this is a setting problem and cannot be a feature. please help

Same problem.
Email to ticket work only when admin or staff are on the systeme.
In general setting i must to use Enable Auto Cron: (executes cron jobs based on staff activity - not recommended) because otherwise it does not work :
We can start a cron job 24/24 & 7/7 ?
