I installed the 1.6rc4. It works fine. The only issue I have is when alert e-mails or any emails from the ticket system to staff/users are being coming through as base64. Any ideas what is wrong. or how to fix this.
the headers seem to be sending base64

I am using qmail for the e-mail server. POP3 to it. The data in the web page is fine. the subject and address info is fine in the e-mail, but not the body/message.
Any ideas?
