Buenos días,Estoy haciendo unas primeras pruebas con osTicket y estoy viendo que el potencial que tiene es increible. Tengo una duda que no he podido localizar respuesta. He creado un nuevo campo cuando los usuarios se registran para que seleccionen una ubicación concreta dentro de una lista que yo les facilito. Si accedo al perfil del usuario, este campo aparece, hasta aquí perfecto.El problema lo tengo cuando accedo al ticket que ha creado, veo su nombre, mail, telefono, pero necesito ver la ubicación que aparece en su perfil. Por configuración no he sido capaz de hacerlo, y por código, lo estoy intentando, pero no soy capaz de recoger el dato de la ubicación.
