1. The built in diagnostic is being used to send test messages to email A and email B (see below)2. Email A is an IMAP account that cannot display the messages correctly3. Email B, a Hotmail.com account, is being retrieved on two different devices. Messages retrieved as a POP account are garbled. When the SAME message on the other device is retrieved as an Exchange account, the message is displayed correctly.4. I am attempting to configure the emails. Using the Agent Panel->Emails, I cannot get the "Fetching Email via IMAP or POP " section configured. The system gives me an error message either timing out (these followed bad ports/protocols) or a server not authenticating. I followed the setting in my email account definitions so I know the host, user ID, password, ports and protocols are all correct. I have the same problem with the SMTP setting, I get server errors. I tried configuring the Fetching section with the SMTP section disabled to limit any possible conflictsAs for verification, How would I know if something behind the scenes failed leading to this problem?
