So that doesn't actually answer my question, as neither your computer nor SupportCenter are your personal hosts server.You would want to check your PHP error logs (or turn on error displaying).You would want to consult your webserver error logs (whatever software your running since you didnt tell us).You would want to consult your Exchange server logs to see whats happening.You could also try to ping and telnet to the mail server from the host (if you have CLI access) and see what happens.
