Sure:mysqldump to backup the databasemade a backup of installed all necessary software on new server (apache, mysql, php,etc)copied the same VirtualHost setup from old apache to new apachecreated same database with same user credentials on new serverrestored backup to new databasedownloaded and extracted a fresh copy of osTicket-1.9.4copied over old chown www-data for all files in osticket directoryfired up osticket, all seems to be well except attachments.
