TAPI-Connector for osTicket

Hello,I hope I do not ask a recently answerde question. But I'm looking for a TAPI intergation for soTicket.The usecase is:1. costumer call's us2. tapi is responding and opening a ticket3. osTicket is looking in it's costumer DB and - if recognized - adding all the costumer Data into the ticket.is there any way to do this?Best regardsMartin

Unfortunately I guess that is currently not possible.There is an osTicket API (which can only create tickets at the moment) and you can have a look at this great article from Neil, but I doubt it will really help you:http://tmib.net/using-osticket-1812-api

There is no osTicket TAPI API at this time. Typing TAPI API sounds redundant to me. :)
