[resolved] blank page after install

recien tengo instalado osticket v.1.9.3 pero cuando termino de llenar el ultimo formulario de la instalcion, parece que todo se instala correctamente pero luego me lleva a una pagina en blanco, y cuando quiero ir a la pagina de soporte me lleva de nuevo al formulario de instalacion, esyoy usando Xampp en local host, gracias por su ayuda.

There are a number of reasons why you would get just a blank white page after installing.All of them boil down to one common denominator, a PHP error. ì have ready changed turn on error displaying in bootstrap.php, but im getting the same, no errror message, and still the same, cant create tickets, osticket version 1.9.3

Your initial post didn't say anything about opening tickets, it specifically says after install. You have not provided us any additional information about your setup. There is an error some where and you need to find it, with out it or any additional details about your setup I do not see a way to assist you further with this.

I'm not sure what the problem is, apparently osTicket installed, but when finishes the installation sends me back to http: //localhost/support/setup/install.php, please is there any way that I can find which is the mistake because I can not see the page where it tells me osTicket is installed correctly.osTicket version 1.9.3windows 7 professionalxamp as web server V.3.2.1thanks.

You would have to consult your PHP error log.In windows its likely in the PHP directory.

This is what i got from php-error-log file, you know why I have this error and how can I fix it , thanks. PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\support\include\mysqli.php on line 157

I change the settings in my php.ini file from 30 seconds to 60 seconds and osTicket is working now thanks .max_execution_time=60
