Not sure if this is easy to do, but it would be very handy to somehow let an agent fill in a field of how much time he spent on a ticket/job.i.e 30 minutesIn our situation this would be ideal when we search resolved/closed tickets and we can see in the results a column that shows how much time was spent on each ticket, currently in the internal notes we write the time we spend but it means we have to go into each ticket and read the notes, it would also be good in the main ticket view to see how much time has been spent so far on a ticket. It could also then be useful to somehow run a report at the end of the month for a user and see how much time has been spent.
