Redirect to Thank-you page after creating new ticket fail!

I'd like that my users after created a new ticket are redirected to a Thank-you page. I set this in the specific topic configuration page but nothing change! After that an user create a page he lands to a prompt-edit response page.Can you help me?

Actually not! The system uses the "thank-you page" (enabled of course) only if you are not a user logged in.

In /APP_ROOT/open.php comment the following: @[deleted]('Location: tickets.php?id='.$ticket->getId());
