Dear allWe are trying to control next action with ticket. To do that we create 2 new fields:1.- Internal Status: Custom list2.- Next action: Custom list with 2 options "Send e-mail" or "Make a Call"3.- Date to next action: A simple field where the staff write the date.To change this fields the staff need to edit the ticket. Can we edit this fields directly from Post Reply area?I will be thanks if you can help me to solve this question.Best regardsRodolfo
