Unable to get scheduled CRON to work on Windows 2008

Hi there,

I have now been battling for a few days to get the osTicket to schedule a CRON and to get it to work.

I have setup the pop3 smtp accounts and everything on osTicket settings including a passphrase and IP addresses for the API.

It send email when AutoCron is on (but obviously only when logging into the system)

I have tried scheduling it using the Plesk Task Scheduler but unfrtunately cannot modify the User Agent String.

So I have now created a windows scheduler task that runs a program: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe" and send an argument: "C:\inetpub\vhosts\blugecko.net\httpdocs\helpdesk\api\cron.php"

The task completes successfully but I still do not receive any emails.

I really like the osTicket system and need to get this working, if anyone could please let me know what can be done...

Why not use the native Windows Task Scheduler?

I created a .bat file called osTicket_mail_Check.bat. In it I put something close to:

C:\Progra~1\PHP\php.exe -f c:\Path\to\wwwroot\Site\api\cron.php

I then created a shortcut for the .bat and use Windows Task Scheduler to call the shortcut. I used to just call the bat... but there was a reason why I changed it. Sadly it was a long time ago and that information has gone into the circular file in my brain.

The task runs every 5 minute. I also have checked "Run whether user is logged on".

(windows 2008r2 + exchange), soo i want resolve this problem too
