Advanced search by Agent not working.

Ver 1.9.4 Stable.Can someone please check. Advanced ticket search -> By Agent is not working for me at all.

Not sure what you mean when you say "By Agent".Assigned To?Closed By?

Hi Raj and ntozier,I am using the same version and search is not working as it should for me as well (including the regular search). Currently, it is only searching the user (not the ticket based on keyword).Have a look here:http://screencast.com/t/g959a5NHkIs this the same with your case Raj?

Keyword search is fine for me.All searches are fine, but what is not working is this -Advanced Search -> Assigned To -> John Doe -> NO RESULTS.Rest fields are all defaults "Any ***"

Hi Raj,Weird.. That one is actually working for me, however it is interesting that both of us having problem with the search function in the ticket.For me the one that are not working:* searching based on keyword* search based on date range.The rest are fine.I have created my own post as this is not relevant with your question.

@ntozier My Bad, it is working fine. I assumed it would find closed tickets too. But realized that the closed tickets do not have the "Assigned to" field. One has to search by "Closed By" field.Please close this issue.
