List of agents in custom form

Hi, i'm very new to osTicket so excuse the basic question (i have searched for an answer on this forum, to no avail). I would like to create a field on a custom form that lists (as a drop-down) all the Agents on the system (there will be a maximum of 15). What is the variable i need to use, and should the 'Type' be 'Choices'? Thanks, Greg.

There is no way to automate this sort of list.You would first go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> and click Add New Custom ListName the list whatever you want. and click on the "Items" tabAdd all your Agents.Click "Add List".Then go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Detailsadd a label, select your list, select visibility, and variable.Click "Save Changes"
