I'm looking at switching back to OSticket from Solarwinds Web Help Desk. Is there a way to import tickets into osticket?

Of course there's a way. You may have to write it yourself, or pay someone to do it. It may not be worth the time, effort (or expense). Can you get a full dump of the SolarWinds database? Can you get an archive of the SolarWinds filesystem?Jack
I can export the tickets from the database
In what format(s)?
If I'm not mistaken, every ticket (in osTicket) has essential information in multiple tables. Importing just the tickets would not update those other tables. To do it right, you'd need to split your export up and use some custom SQL to create records in the right tables.Jack
Jack, that's what I thought. It looks like I'm up the creek without a paddle.
osTicket offers professional services which include migration from one system to osTicket.
