Hi, my osticket version is 1.9.4And my problem it's when I install osticket, I select the language spanish in the process, but finally, my system is in english, I downloaded .phar from this page, in the section package language...what's the problem?
Did you install the language file?Is your user account set to use it?
Yes, i've included es.phar file in this folder upload/include/i18n, change the language in user account but not change the words
the name file is es_ES.phar, sorry
I just downloaded the es_ES.phar and put it in my /include/i18n folder.Then in "My Preferences" I changed "Preferred Language:" to Spanish. (okay so the name is longer than that)Clicked "Save Changes" and viola my interface changed to Spanish.
If he did the same error i did, j10 is probably trying to install the language pack as a pluggin...
Greetings Everyone I'm trying to use es_ES.phar i've included this file in this folder upload /include/i18n but when I go to the administration panel I can't do anything because it opens a blank page. Anyone can help me?
