HiI am still struggling to set up the email address for automatically creating a ticket. I have set the login details in the email account settings page and they are definitely correct. I have selected IMAP (not IMAP + SSL). I don't think SSL is available on the mail server. When I set "Fetching Email" to enabled I get two error messages, one saying "Invalid login. Check IMAP settings" the other says "TLS/SSL failure for mail.aurahosting.eu: SSL negotiation failed" Should it be saying anything about SSL here if I opt for the non-ssl imap? Settings included in attached screenshot.
