Notification email on new registration

Hi, I am running version 1.9.4. ( just upgraded )I would like to be able to send a notification of new user registration to specific email address. Is this possible right now with existing functionality ?Ideally one email when they register and another when they activate the account from the confirmation email.Many thanksJohnny B

I'm not aware of a way to do this using the ui at this time.
