I am trying to install osTicket 1.9.4 into a subfolder called help desk. I am using HostGator reseller hosting where I am the owner of the WHM and all cPanels. I think the web server is running PHP 5.4.x. I have a database and database username setup with the proper permissions. I receive the following error whether I am trying to install osTicket 1.9.4 manually or by using QuickInstall to install osTicket 1.8.1:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in /home/myusername/public_html/helpdesk/include/class.plugin.php on line 110I get this message when I try to initialize the installation at http://www.mydomain.com/helpdesk or http://www.mydomain.com/helpdesk/setup. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to install osTicket successfully?
