Tickets-Attachments the Config button does not launch another window

Not sure where to go with this issue. The pop-up window when you click on the "Config" under Settings/Tickets/Attachments will not display for me at all. I have no other issues using the new version 1.9.4.Really want to use the new drop files option but I can't get this pop-up window to display. Any idea why?

When I open an existing ticket and try to "drop file" I am getting a File Upload Error "undefined 404". I verified that the folder I am saving the files to has read/write access.

Q: The pop-up window when you click on the "Config" under Settings/Tickets/Attachments will not display for me at all.A: It sounds like you are experiencing a problem with AJAX requests... but if you were then you would be having issues with other things as well. Such and opening a new ticket wouldn't present you with the user search bar, etc. Are you sure thats the only problem that you are experiencing? Q: and try to "drop file"A: Huh? I have no idea what that means, or what you are actually trying to do. Please change your description and try describing what you are trying to do, and what actions you take to do it.

Not sure if posting a URL will work in here but here is the link we are testing the new version.http://support-beta.stamm-solutions.com/I can create a new ticket with no issues whatsoever. If I try to include a file using the "Drop files here or choose them" box on the create ticket, I receive the error message. File Upload Error "undefined 404". Screenshot below.Using Chrome or IE 11, still gives me the same error.Thanks for your efforts to help us resolve this issue. -J

This feature works on my server, so I'm guessing that its got something to do with one of your webserver settings, PHP settings, or quite possibly something else (like SELinux) or permissions.Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

Any solution? I have the same issue with the same osTicket version (1.9.4). I didn't have attachment issues before upgrade.
